Creative Coaching and Motivation

My intention for this page, is to offer Creative Coaching and/mentoring to you as artists. Whether it's a painting block or something that's coming between you and your art, I'm hoping that between us we can find a solution to it and motivate you to get going on your next project.
I am offering, for 30 CDN, a 30-minute Q&A session of Tips and Techniques where you can pick my brains in your efforts to produce better paintings. Yes, you can ask me the 64 million dollar question!
We, as artists, all know how important a critique is, and we all know how seldom we receive one. I'm not talking about your friends telling you how good your painting is. We hear those all the time, and as well-meaning as your family and friends are, they love you and don't want to hurt your feelings, but they're not artists. I'm talking about a critique where we're discussing the elements of design and composition that, put together, make a great painting, and your feelings don't really come into the discussion. My objective with your submission is to be as honest as I possibly can in a diplomatic, productive, and enthusiastic way. I'm offering this service, by email, where you email me your image and your critique will be in writing, for an extremely low price of 50 CDN. It's been my experience that, we, as artists, rarely get feedback on our work. We paint a piece, put our hearts and souls into it, submit it to a juried show, it gets declined, and there we are: no information as to why not, or what to do to fix it. My service will definitely help you in this area and will give you more confidence to apply to juried shows or even just to get your work out there. It will also help you to look at your work more critically in order to self-critique before you submit your work. Or for 75 CDN, we can meet locally, in person for your critique, where you can learn to produce paintings you won't be afraid to submit to the jury process.
To make payment, click on your selection, and you will be taken to my contact page. You can also pay by eTransfer. Then, please use my contact page to submit your question or your image, or to make arrangements for a meeting and a live critique.
